First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and long duration of the outage with your linear TV services beginning on October 7th. The outage was caused due to a cyber incident which resulted in OzarksGo linear TV servers being targeted.
Due to the nature of the cyber incident which targeted our linear TV servers, we regret to inform you that, effective immediately, OzarksGo will no longer be providing linear TV services. This unfortunate event has made it infeasible for us to continue delivering the linear TV services you relied upon. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we navigate these important measures.
To resume viewing as quickly as possible, we encourage you to consider transitioning to our OzarksGo TV streaming solution. This newer service offers a robust and flexible way to enjoy your favorite shows and movies without the need for cable equipment. Additionally, there are numerous digital entertainment platforms available for streaming, which may also provide alternative viewing options.
If you would like a more traditional viewing experience, you can rent set-top boxes that we can install in your home at no additional cost. Please be aware that due to the overwhelming response, we are booking well in advance for installation of set-top boxes.
We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible.
Here is what you can expect:
Thank you for your patience and continued trust in OzarksGo.
Sincerely,
Mitchell Johnson
